Purchases

All sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your card arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.

STL Files

STL files are digital products and are non-refundable once downloaded. Each file is uniquely generated for your order and may only be used for personal printing (up to 5 prints). Redistribution, resale, or sharing of STL files is prohibited.

Product Use

GhostCard is an informational product. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical identification. Always carry additional identification as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Liability

GhostCard is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
